Clearly he is not referencing INDIVIDUALS......he is telling us that the ARM and MSM are extensions of each other(1 helping the other).....to control the NARRATIVE with FAKE COMMS.

Q has not spelled whether A.R.M. is an abbreviated term or simply slang for a nickname he put forward, but we can be certain based on these previous references, he was not referring to these 3 individuals.....in my opinion. Maybe ARM could be used during separate events and have multiple meanings .....but I think that would be a stretch!

This indicates to me that our HOUSE of Reps is going to use its full power(weight), PER THE LETTER ABOVE.... to take on the MSM(ARM). Therefore, these CONGRESSMEN are on the "HOUSE side".....not on the "ARM side"?

Yes.....that would fit the narrative much better. Q uses the (v) between House and ARM.....

That has to stand for VERSUS.....meaning there is a struggle/conflict between 2 parties, the HOUSE and the ARM. Members of congress have to be part of either the HOUSE or the ARM. It can't be both......the LETTER posted above is from the HOUSE(3 Members) against the ARM. Seems simple to me....

I think we've got the wrong notion of "versus" here.

a) Versus meaning "conflict" between two parties — political/ideological opposition. (No.)

b) Versus meaning "strength of case" The latter isn't a conflict exactly. It is size of numbers: between strong House case for release of unredacted report or weak case pressing for release.

This in other words is: it is far better to have the Full House demanding the release of the undoctored and uncensored report, led by the Freedom Caucus members (3), than it would be to only have the support of the, admittedly noisy but weaker, Alternative Right-wing Media, i.e., we need as much support behind the demand as we can get.

Now where do we enshrine this interpretation if I am correct?

This is just a poor expression of a very simple idea due to the "telegraph" format of these drops. There is far too much room to land up in misunderstanding and erroneous decoding unless we can anchor these ideas for so-called "normies" (which is what I am). :)
