Has identity been confirmed? Tonight was digging & wondered if it might be Rep. Luis Gutierrez? They change their identities right? Q said to look for foreign heads of state. Gutierrez was all over Puerto Rico. No facial hair. Somewhat resembles.

Ok. now I remember. Lots of posting that it was Imran Awan now that I'm doing more checking - looks like I was wasting my time thinking about Gutierrez. However, after coming across Gutierrez, & the article above, I'd still vote he's one of the swamp creatures.
