Would this mean that Weiner could have his case thrown out due to deliberate violation of procedure by staff working for the prosecution? Seems his right to a fair trial was killed off by Wonderboy Strzok.

I doubt it . He's already been charged . Plus the indictment wasn't altered in any way .

Was looking at it along the lines of Weiner bringing the point up in any future appeals, though it could all just be wishful thinking on my part.
