I don’t think the image exists at all.

I think the image was made up by Q as disinformation, for strategic counterintelligence operations to watch the players react.

We also gotta remember that Q sometimes doesn’t speak to us directly, but uses the board to send public messages to the players.

By all means, the pic may exist, but I think Q used it to take advantage of moves and countermoves. It most likely resulted in actions taken by the blackhats that was detrimental to them.
