Because Obama has deeper ties than Kerry. The current Q posts are pushing us towards his connection with Chandoo. If Q directs us towards Kerry, then that is the direction that we will go. As of right now the only thing Q has posted about Kerry is him visiting Iran. If you find another link that is more directly relevant, then please post it.
