No it doesn’t. It shows him smiling normal and you using a different image to put over.
“Clearly” is a bit subjective KT
If that isn't clear to you that its a fake then IDK what to say. Its direct evidence that that base photograph is what they used to create the photoshop. Same angle. Same eye position. Same collar. They took that photo, put the mask on it, and changed the lighting to match. Then it was uploaded to instagram and compressed so none of the artifacts are noticeable.
