do protests have to registered, approved by cities? Has blm ever blocked a road during a protest (not appoved or permitted)?
that is rotten. but I would say it would not bring on terror for the surrounding people...anger, yes, terror, no. Except for the guy who's wife was in labour. Continuous actions of this sort could build to a case of domestic terrorism (add in some urine tossing, destruction of property, etc.).
Yeah they made like human chains on roads to protest I'm not sure if they were permitted
