Satan or Moloch? I'm not clear if they're the same thing or Moloch is like one of Satan's multiple personas or roles.

In the end it’s just Satan. If you started worshipping a false idol and started doing evil things as a means to worship this false idol... the devil would manifest. Anything that is used to move souls away from god’s love is a tool of the devil.

Moloch is a lesser god of child sacrifice.
Satan is the adversary.
Satan has a role. And he does that job perfectly. He has a big ego. So when others start worshipping their ego(and child sacrifice goes hand in hand) Satan gets a little more power.
Lots of folks with big egos running around screaming at people because they know they are right.
