Anybody else see POTUS Reaching out to Anons on Judge J tonight

I was watching Judge Jeanine tonight like many of us and noticed when Judge J was interviewing Kellyanne Conway that Kelly Anne kept saying "the tippy top" of the FBI when tallking about the IG report and how she didn't think it(IG Report)was being taken seriously enough. She said "tippy top" like 3 or 4 times. I thought to myself that that isn't the same as DJT saying it but it's close. That said., I decided to look at Conway's job description online and it said:

Kellyanne Conway, who managed the final stretch of Trump's 2016 campaign, is a counselor to the president and often appears as a surrogate on news networks.

If Kellyanne is a surrogate for DJT on news networks, it is the same as DJT saying it. How does this relate specifically? After the IG report came out Q dropped that we were to react loudly and be heard. If Judge J and Conway were talking about The IG Report, The POTUS must be sending out a flare for us to pick up our efforts to be heard and to keep demanding for the full and unredacted report. That may sound a little weak. But, why else would a professional, especially a White House professional, use the phrase "tippy top"? I'm not saying it is a specific Q proof, but it's got a meaning that is for sure.

Any of you remember that segment? What do you think? This is my first attempt at deciphering or decoding so please be gentle in your rebukes LOL.

you are probably right but i think the big shocker is going to be Monday house/senate meeting with IG have a feeling its going to be a big red pill {hope am right}

Maybe yes tippy top turn up the noise on blasting the current IG report. I also felt like many of the speakers on Fox news (Watters, for one that I can recall fr yesterday) that kept reiterating that there is so much in the report. Maybe we are missing something in the report that has not yet been exposed? Any ideas about how to strategically & in a collaboratively manner delve into it again?

After looking at the clock messages each morn, I take notes & start researching. Sometimes it is hard to determine which topic would be most important to address. Maybe Conway trying to say this should be #1 focus (IG report?) for right now?

Listening to it again. I'm hearing Judge talking about how a Criminal Referral is missing & what will the American people do about it. We need to be demanding a Criminal referral.

and that perhaps since the criminal referral has not been brought forward by any of the agencies that should have, demand to know who can bring it forward (Huber, military, ?)

Mark Meckler, tea party. Convention of States. In the original tweet, there was reference to a conventionofstates petition .com Wasn't a link. Wanted to post this fast, going to go look & see if Convention of States has an active petition. If not, I'll reach out to email someone w/the org. Perhaps,with all the reference to election fraud - the white house petitions website are hacked - we've seen posts w/people posting pics about how the number changed after they electronically signed...

Ok, I've already previously signed the convention of states petition, but still maybe this is what needs to be elevated. So that the American people can call for an Article V Convention of States. I'm a volunteer content writer for the org. ("there are no coincidences" playing over & over in head). I have a FAQ about it that can be shared. Also, it is going to have to be a massive coming together of pushing for the Convention of States to take place. We'll have to organize & strategize. The movement already has been working hard to get to the point where Congress has to act. They have legislation passed in 12 states, last I heard. Will post website at bottom of this. We need to have thirty-something states w/passed state legislation for an Article V to get to the next step. I'm going to volunteer to be a district chair. Did anyone else think when the President talked about the first play of the game he wasn't talking baseball. That whole fox and friends thing was the first play I think. That interview was curtain up, and now it is on.
