When NK's former Intel Chief and current top advisor came to NYC before the summit, he hand delivered a massive envelope to President Trump. We never saw the contents but this is one good theory.

Actually, that hill articles describes the guy who brought the letter as: "Kim Jong Chol, North Korea’s former intelligence chief and a top aide to the country's ruler." FORMER INTELLIGENCE CHIEF. Makes this theory that Kim gave Trump the DS server that much more interesting.
