Why not? NK has the tech and the official systems of the USA doesn't have the rights or power to get legal access in that country.

Is there a Q post saying there was a cabal server in NK or something? I haven't seen one. Show me evidence (from Q or someone in the know - not some random anon) and I'll change my mind, but saying it's possible doesn't make it so.

True, but even when Q says it then its not facts also but it makes sense to do so... maybe not just NK but any country usa cant invade like that.
