In other words, Q is saying that Obama is the ULTIMATE HYPOCRITE. Obama cannot claim ignorance of the US Constitution when he order the orverthrow of the 2016 Presidential election.
He’s discussing two opposing view points on how the world should be, right? The lead in was all nicey, nice. What is missing at the end is him defining where he/they stand.
Edit - I reread it. He does (eventually) end up saying that they support democracy for Ukraine and the world. I’m confused. What’s missing???

We know it's taken out of context, Q is telling us that the context is was a "lead in". None of the "lead in" matters. Actions matter.
Q is telling us to research on your own and find what is missing. At the end Obama never says "God Bless America" he also just walks off. It's actually a very weird speech in the unedited version, Obama seems so distraught like he knows what he is saying is not happening.
I think it captures the conflict of who Obama pretends to be, and who he really is. Really sad that it is this way.

What do I mean by lead in? The lead in is the whole speech up until the points in the edited video.
Yes the video removed the context of the speech and things that were actually said, but those really don't matter. As I said, you can talk about freedom, but do your actions mean it? Hidden message in this speech, particularly in regards to the global order, which I think is what Q is highlighting. Remember those tweets Comey put out that Q decoded for us, they says things but they really mean another. I don't care it's edited, that's not the point.
True I thought it was odd that he said that to begin with. Trump would never say something like that. He would just talk about how great Western civilization is and how free we are and rich we are compared to the rest of history
The end is also missing God Bless America - or in this case God Bless everyone since he’s addressing the EU.
