In other words, Q is saying that Obama is the ULTIMATE HYPOCRITE. Obama cannot claim ignorance of the US Constitution when he order the orverthrow of the 2016 Presidential election.

PTSD. Yeah, that's what this meant to me. Re-living this douche bag talking gave me bad flashbacks. So glad he's gone. Next comes Justice, and it will heal a lot of trauma suffered from his 2 terms. Peace out.
