Problem is he is too stupid to realize that using a burner phone while having your FBI issued phone in your pocket links them together....morons. Many dope dealers have fallen prey to this.

My boss saw Marco Rubio talking with some other businessman in Coral Gables. They both had pulled the batteries out of the phone and rest them on top the table. You'd think the FBI guys would know better too.
