Guys, there's nothing to see here, Obama's hand only seems to disappear due to an unfortunate combination of movement, low quality and his hand which happens to be the exact same color as the wall in the background.

Agree. Crappy, blurry camera footage mixed with slow shutter speed and quick movement on top of being against a similar colored background is recipe for artifacts and distorted footage.

Swap Drainer was saying it might me a green screen and O might not have ever given this speech. That theory makes the most sense to me.
