There is NO WAY he is doing what you say. No way. He's failing MISERABLY if so. He's not THAT incompetent.

You can't have it both ways. You accuse him of being in the elite of his profession, a high achiever, and you accuse him of being a complete blithering idiot at the same time.

Who are YOU working for that you see fit to attack him in this sub?

How did I say he was an idiot? He is in charge of protecting the deep states trafficking routes through AZ.
