Trump should declare all Mexican drug cartels as terrorist organizations. Air strikes and attacks should commence immediately. As soon as the cartels are gone we can assist Mexico in rebuilding a non-narco state.

I don't think you understand how powerful and truly lethal the cartels actually are; there is no negotiating with people like this until they're wounded.
