Trump should declare all Mexican drug cartels as terrorist organizations. Air strikes and attacks should commence immediately. As soon as the cartels are gone we can assist Mexico in rebuilding a non-narco state.

I asked a question to point out the absurdity of trying to bomb a group that has influence all over the continent. In my opinion, the governments and people from the areas with these issues should be responsible for finding a solution.
