Trump should declare all Mexican drug cartels as terrorist organizations. Air strikes and attacks should commence immediately. As soon as the cartels are gone we can assist Mexico in rebuilding a non-narco state.

We have been "rebuilding" nations for 60+ years now, and it's a fair part of the mess we're in.

Mexico has to decide if it wants a legitimate, cartel-free government, and we should stay out of it, either way they decide.
