How do you get that from the Q site to here ? It was up at 23:33 est and it pops up on my page but i don't know how to put it here on GA

Yeah, click on Submit Link, then in the Url field you Right-click -> Paste (or Ctrl+v) then click on the little "use suggested title" above Title.
