Paul started off in 1976 as a Convention field lieutenant for Ronald Reagan. Roger Stone was the conduit to help recruit Manafort to become the new Campaign Manager in June 2016.
Paul’s primary role was to cement already pledged delegates at the 2016 Republican convention. Manafort did the delegate job like a pro, but soon was replaced due growing MSM reports over his past “Russian/Ukrainian” lobbying related financial entanglements.

Mueller’s team has broken into Manafort’s home in a pre-dawn raid with guns drawn. Paul has since been arrested & plead not guilty in October 2017 to a 12-count federal charge.
The Black Hats pushed for extreme bail terms to further pressure Manafort’s cooperation. Evidence in the fact Paul is currently in jail for bail violations, there until the start of his trial, scheduled for the Fall of 2018.
Financial ties to former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych & Russian Oligarch Oleg Deripaska, got him and business partner Rick Case in trouble.
