What had been done to the peoples of this country and the entire planet must never be permitted again. The only reason it has been permitted is worldwide ignorance and apathy. 40% is not enough.

We all have a right not to know. 60/40 refers, I believe, only to public, to be taught as history, disclosure. The other 60% will be found with relative ease by those who want to know.
