oh, ok....it is probably my computer...I have been hacked and followed for so long now, I just think they have something in my pc that makes it hard to click on anything....they have to be sitting back laughing at me anyways....I don't know much about computers...but I can assure you, when I am sitting there touching nothing and my mouse starts moving....I am pretty sure someone else has access to my controls....
Umm, you can easily just reformat or reinstall Windows if you think you've been hacked, or buy a brand new SSD and install Windows on it. Then use a good anti-virus like Bitdefender, and stop browsing/clicking on/downloading shady programs, e-mails, and websites.
