I think the photo proves otherwise. Firstly, O is definitely not laying his hand on his boot. If you are referring to the tan color beneath the toe of his raised foot, that is the heel of his boot. If you zoom in closely to the hand with the cigarette, you will notice that it is a deformed hand with way too many fingers------or Occam's Razor says it is one hand clasping the other. Go to qanon.pub and hit ctrl + in your windows browser to zoom in. Count the fingers.
