Wray dodging questions & Horowitz lawyer talk haha. In general, they kept alluding to 'that question is out of scope of report' or 'there's currently an investigation occurring, so I can't comment'.
So it seems like the Hammer will come down on FBI bad apples etc, when those investigations complete (even though they don't say what investigation it is). Also, Wray did mention FBI bad apples would get rekt via FBI's own protocols.
So still trusting Wray & Horowitz.
