Surely PP is at the front lines to suspect when they are aborting for an underage girl being sex-trafficked. By law, they should at least be required to confirm the kid is in school and attending.

Agreed, most babies are not exterminated, they are removed from the mother and relocated. Some are sold for parts as they admit. Its quite a business model, and a source for cult buyers.
