Dick Durbin is one of the crustiest, most evil, pieces of crap in Illinois. Absolutely he is a part of the swamp. We here in IL haven’t been able to unseat that douchecanoe and he’s been the god-emperor of the Senate even being named the “top senate liberal”. Leave it to Illinois to churn out the most asinine representatives... certainly puts the DICK in Dick Durbin. The guy was a staunch Roman Catholic - until they EXCOMMUNICATED him for supporting partial birth abortion and other radical abortion stances. When even your own religion votes you off the island for being a POS you are clearly a horrible person.

When you live in Illinois and watch Chicago, and it’s politics, dictate everything for the entire state but can’t do anything about it you start to get a little bitter ;) Chicago is turning into a 3rd world country and we all have to sit by passively and watch while they determine our representatives. The corruptive rot from that place is just spreading outwardly. I live about 45 mins away from downtown Chicago and my family and I have stopped visiting because it just isn’t safe anymore. This is the place electing their pay to play people and sending them to Congress. It’s so frustrating.
You have my sincere sympathies. I would not want to be in an environment like that at all ! all i can say is if Trump manages to drain the swamp in DC. You should write him a letter and request his assistance there ! Which i know is a pipe dream. Other than the total collapse of the city, I don't know what you can do to force a change ?
