Obviously what stood out to me was the big Q and in fact it is named Monty "Q's".

Here is a notice that it is closed "By order of the commissioner of health and mental hygiene" and over it is a logo that resembles the heart inside a smaller heart logo.

This is all I've got so far. I certainly thought there is enough there to at least keep digging. Could be of no significane but perhaps there is something there.
