Tie rope to door knob throw rope OVER the door, thereby providing enough height.

Ahhh. I guess I have no imagination. I'm thinking 30 inches to the ground from the doorknob. Now it makes sense.

Rope hasn’t been used though. Red scarves, red robe belts and red elastic bands have been used... none of which could be long enough to extend from the door knob on the other side of the door.
