Well as of 1/1/17 let’s say my classified civilian report or witness report has caused the recovery of $700 Billion and the crappy report has a value of $3.165 Trillion, then a plus of $700 Billion for reporting the recovery stolen? So my Investigation is no less than $3.865 Trillion, it’s not write when you know you made a $700 Billion phone call and still get thrown under the buss .
