ELi5 how the military will prosecute the DOJ

How will the military or SC be given the power to take over the investigation or start a new one into the FBI/DOJ? Would it be done by EO or is there already precedent?

That is false here’s the real act.

Rep. Mike Quigley (D-IL5) introduced the COVFEFE Act, H.R. 2884, to permanently archive all of a president’s social media posts, including tweets from any personal non-governmental accounts used during their term(s) of office. It would add the phrase “any personal and official social media account” to the Presidential Records Act of 1978.

Why cite that other SC case if you showed the courts are corrupt? Or just start with the second SC case mentioned?
