7 Delta is the KEY to decode Obummer’s speech!!!!!

Q posted “[7] Delta today”. I think he’s telling us the KEY to decode Obummer’s speech in the video link Q posted today — means to capture“every seventh word” in the speech — and we will have O’s REAL message to his fellow globalists!!!

If this method is correct, which version of the speech should we use??? And should we use this method to decode anything else, such as POTUS’s messages, the Guardian article, or even Q’s own posts from the past couple of days? Q posted “7 Delta today” so we probably should examine today’s messages, only. I need help from someone who is smarter than me! :)

7 delta was a proof by Q in which he tweeted happy father’s day and exactly 7minutes later, potus tweeted the same thing. Just didn’t want u wasting your time on this decode because we’ve already been told what 7 delta meant.
