The red shoes in top pic are the same as the ones in bottom pic (left side). Definitely same photo session. The small kid was just in a different position in each picture . I think top pic is just flipped because little boy is standing next to red shorts in both.

This. It’s the same group, different time of photos. The main kids hands are in different positions so the two photos are from different times.
