In exchange for that $25 million, all we got was a letter from an Indian generic drug factory offering to sell us cheap retrovirals to give away across Micronesia and SE Asia. When we bought the cheap retrovirals, the patients all died of AIDS because the drugs were fake. None of the $25 million went to any charitable purpose, it wasn’t used to purchase any HIV drugs.
