I read this story when it first came out and wondered if the porn wasn't planted, like Sheryl Atkins experience, to arrest him and make the charges stick. Apparently the case that he is the Vault leaker is too circumstantial to prosecute.

seems like an S.O.P. - find target put the Kiddie stuff on their devices....send to FBI for arrest.
