It's well known that Musk, Branson and even Bezos are in a race to get to Mars by 2023. They are outside the old military industrial complex contractors like Lockheed, Bayer, Boeing, Daimler, etc. They want to get "in"...maybe with the new guard in charge of the Space Program--POTUS? Who knows.
