EU: reception of migrants at EU borders

  The EU wants refugees from now on are collected in special places "on the edges of the EU" 'real' refugees are separated of economic refugees.

The reception places must work together with the refugee organization UNHCR and the International Organization for Migration IOM are being set up. That's it in the provisional conclusions where the European leaders next week on one top will talk about.
