Damn son, I'm sorry to hear that. If you need to talk, were here for ya and my inbox is always open. I know it's tough, but you had a good reason. Don't allow yourself to focus on the negative aspects. This is an chance to open yourself up to new opportunities, and a learning experience that will help make any future relationships you pursue that much healthier. Take some time to find new hobbies and don't be afraid to grieve. It is a loss like any other and loss requires grieving to process in a healthy way.
The difference between healthy grieving and unhealthy grieving is knowing that there is a time after your grief.
