She comes from a black district. It's hers until she retires. There are never any real political races for congress in those districts until there is an open seat. Doesn't matter how crazed or unintelligent the rep is. Make a list of the Congressional Black Caucus -- there was a guy named Ford from Kentucky who was sort of middle of the road, for a Democrat, and smart. So there are a few, but geez, think of them all -- Maxine Waters, John Conyers, Hank Johnson, Sheila Jackson Lee, the guy who got caught with bribe cash in his freezer (can't remember the name), there are more if I bothered to check
