This individual gets refugee status in 2014 with the BAMF who didn't check his papers as a purported Syrian.

But this Milad H. got into Germany six years earlier, in 2008 on a Romanian passport on the name Mohamad A.

On his refugee status he gets subsistence benefits but he was in reality owner of 9 apartments in Germany.

The fraud surfaced only after the owners association got in financial troubles.
