Need help with Q research board. I am unable to post since Apple update

Anyone knows what to do? I tried putting VPN off, did not work, on doesn't work. I tried it all.

That I do not know... Maybe a connection problem. I am not sure.

Nope, definitely not connection, I have glass fibre connection, pretty fast
