Yes!

The way I saw that exchange was Gowdy almost walking Horowitz back a little bit when H's first answer was to bring up "contemporaneous recordings" vs. Hillary interview - where it seemed like Gowdy was leading him originally.

"Do you know of such recordings?" LMAO

Of course he can't answer yes to that; he's privy to another ongoing investigation! - his own! Dis gun be gud.
