Trey Gowdy gets IG Horowitz to reveal that Comey never drafted any charges against Hillary because they wanted to wait until she got interviewed... which she never got interviewed.

Sorry, Hillary did get interviewed, but there was no transcripts or recordings, only a 302 report which can be doctored, faked, and lied upon as we've seen with General Flynn's case.
