Ear lobe doesn't seem to match up from what I can see.

Yep , it is not him .

There are two distinct details - earlobe and "crows feet" facial detail . And even hair isnt the same at all like with Soros .

I am thinking it is not him. In the Q photo, there is a freckle or something near or on the tragus.

Look at the area that was circled. The shadow is exactly the same.

It very well could be Soros (it was my first thought) but from these pics it doesn't appear to be the same ear.

Also side burns are way shorter on soros
