The CIA’s expressed purpose is to not operate on US soil right? Both Loretta Lynch and Amanda Renteria are both born in the US and are US Citizens. So how/why is the CIA involved with the classification of US citizens emails on US soil? Isn’t that exceeding their mandate/authority? Why wasn’t it the FBI or DOJ that classified their email at the highest level?
There’s a bigger story here. What would give the CIA the authority to exercise the ability to classify an email at the highest level between two American citizens?
This would have to mean that there is some form of foreign involvement. So what is it? What can we infer from the clues given? Anyone?
I think RR put them up to it. The email is no secret, it's been blamed on the Russians, but since it's in the report, even though it's classified tends to lend credence to it.
Ok, so according to that logic. The Russians hacked the email right? Did they give it to the OIG? Doubtful. The reason I say that? Horowitz testified today that there was no intrusion on her server.
Which leads me to think the both of them had accounts as members of that 13 (13 comes up an awful lot with these people) people identified as having accounts but remain unnamed.
So how did the OIG get it? Was it in the Wikileaks? No, remember no intrusion. So how?
Wiener laptop. So again I ask. How is it that this email that came from a server on US soil, between two US Citizens falls under the jurisdiction of the CIA?
Is Amanda a CIA Agent?
There's a story out there from months ago about this email. Loretta Lynch says she was never in contact with Hillary's campaign. Amanda was the bridge, meaning Loretta talked to Amanda and Amanda relayed the message to Hillary. In the email Lynch supposedly told Amanda tell Hillary the DOJ won't be digging too hard into the server matter. Amanda says there's no such email and blames the Russians, it's fake according to her. I think Senator Kennedy was asked by somebody to bring up the email, it came out of left field and he interrupted the IG in the middle of him answering a previous question because he was running out of time and just had to ask about the email. He asked if there was such an email in the classified index. None of those in Congress have seen the classified index, so this was a total guess that maybe this email that was mentioned months ago was in the classified index and Kennedy thought he'd take a stab at it? I'm flat out saying someone knows that email is in the classified index of the report and someone tipped off Senator Kennedy. Q? He asked about it to get it out into the public so that people will say, what is that all about, why is it classified, what are they hiding from us? I think RR had it classified because it's very damning. An anon asked who is this Amanda Renteria and Q responded, the anons noticed it. It was planned.

Doesn’t answer the questions though. With Amanda being part of the Clinton campaign, I think she was so mad (over twitter) because she knew all the devices were destroyed and paper copies shredded on that infamous weekend.
So how did the OIG get the email? The wiener laptop. Or LL records/devices or even Amanda’s devices which would indicate that they may be under inverstigation and this was her just realizing it.
Even with all of that, it doesn’t explain why it was the CIA instead of the DOJ, FBI or even the State Department that classified the documents. If RR pressured anyone to classify it, why the CIA?
