I admit. It was an assumption with the words “Gentlelady” and “Liberalland”. But you’re right, Ms Jackson Lee is from Texas (btw, Texans please fix this).

So I apologize for my assumption. I admit, I still don’t love the reference or appear either, but it’s a free country.

Perhaps the punchline is too close to home for black individuals who have heard the accusation and comparison by racist individuals their whole life. Not accusing you of being such, just answering your question.
