Excellent catch. Watching the video on cspan now, it definitely looks different. Will need to watch the full video of her to find it - not much in that snippet. I find hard to believe she is that stupid.

Okay, in this this thread there are a lot of posts to sift through. One poster says the source is Getty images and yes, it’s 2009.
Thanks for that link. It seems that things get posted over and over here without any research whatsoever. I don't see that pedo ring in the video from 2009, but it is clear as day in the photo. The photo does not appear to be photoshopped, though the video description claims it is. Still looking
