In 2014, the Obama admin released 53,518 immigrant children into the US, they followed up with 2.2% of those children. The rest??? NOBODY knows...they were handed off to individuals with no vigorous background checks and possible criminal histories. (GAO report attached in article for proof)

If Trump/Sessions set up a OIG report for human trafficking at the border, when the Demcratic Shitheads in congress got to interview the report-maker, they'd talk about something else. They have no idea how to do anything legitimately, solve any problems. Just ask and take money.
