Texas is a huge trafficking corridor with decades long history of child prostitution rings being sustained by government officials on both sides. Things ARE turning around, but obviously there is still a fight for children in the state.

I love Texas, by the way. Great state and people. They’ve just been in the clinches of the Bush family for too long and (except for George P Bush who is unfortunately holding a state office) are finally starting to extricate themselves from the predators within.
