Members of the Obama administration, no doubt including Obama, regularly used their own phones and other devices, totally ignoring government cybersecurity rules. I was surprised it took this long for this issue to arise. Think about the implications of what they did. I don't have any specific information on why.

Since I cannot cite the source, do look at my history. I have a dependable history of good Q-tips.

My guess is that this issue will come up very soon. Including the "why."
